Week 9 Roster Report

Welcome to “Roster Report,” a weekly column that features notable actives, questionables, and inactives for the weekend. Full roster information can be found in the Game Center page for each game. Here are the headlines, sorted alphabetically by team:

Atlanta Hustle

  • Liam Haberfield will make his 2026 debut this week. The New Zealand native shined as a rookie for Atlanta in 2023 before playing with New York in 2024. Friday will mark his first UFA game in nearly two years. 

  • Jeremy Langdon returns to the Hustle lineup this week after missing last week vs. Houston. Langdon ranks fifth on the team with 21 scores this year.

  • Sean Connole is out this week. He ranks fourth on the team in total yards (2,047) this year and third in huck completions (six).

Austin Sol

  • All-time UFA block leader Ryan Drost returns to the Sol lineup for the first time since Week 4. Drost has recorded three blocks in three games this season.

Boston Glory

  • Reigning Defensive Player of the Year Tannor Johnson-Go is active for just the second time this season. He threw two assists and scored a goal in his 2026 debut back in Week 2.

  • The O-line will be without Orion Cable and Simon Carapella this week. Cable ranks second on the team this year with 20 goals, while Carapella is fourth in total yards. 

  • Ben Sadok is active after missing last week’s road trip to New York and DC. Sadok is one of four Glory players averaging over 30 completions and 200 throwing yards per game this season.

Carolina Flyers

  • Tobias Brooks was downgraded to out this week after being listed as Questionable on Wednesday. On a per-game basis, he leads Carolina in assists (4.3) and throwing yards (323) this season.

  • Drew Swanson and Cooper Williams are back in the lineup after missing last week. They’re the only pair of teammates in the league that each have double digit blocks in 2026.

  • Allan Laviolette is expected to make his return to the Flyers lineup this week after suffering an injury back in Week 4. On a per-point basis, Laviolette is scoring at the second highest rate on the team this year (once every 3.8 points).

Chicago Union

  • Jesse Johnson is active for Saturday’s game at Indy. Johnson hasn’t played since Week 2 vs. Minnesota, when he scored two goals, threw two assists, and recorded a block for a team-high +4. He’s currently listed as out for Sunday’s game vs. Madison.

  • Nate Astrom will make his 2026 debut this week against Indy. He earned All Rookie First Team honors in 2024, and has averaged 2.4 scores and 1.4 blocks per game during his 17-game career. He is currently listed as out for Sunday’s game vs. Madison.

  • All-time UFA assist leader Pawel Janas is back in the lineup for both games this weekend after missing last week’s game at Pittsburgh.

  • Eli Artemakis is listed as Dressed for Sunday’s game vs. Madison. Artemakis last played for the team in 2022, but has averaged 2.5 goals per game across his 15-game career, top 10 in franchise history.

Indianapolis AlleyCats

  • Xavier Payne is active for just the third time this season as Indy hosts his former team. Payne went a perfect 16-of-16 for 182 throwing yards and two assists in Indy’s first meeting with Chicago this year.

  • Sofiène Bontemps is out this week; he recorded six goals and three blocks in two games against Minnesota and Madison this month. 

  • The third and oldest Hawkins brother, Spencer, is set to make his UFA debut Saturday night against Chicago. 

Minnesota Wind Chill

  • Thomas Shope will miss his third straight game after sitting out last week’s road trip. Shope scored four goals in last year’s meeting with Salt Lake, his first game playing double-digit O-points for Minnesota.

  • Dylan DeClerck is Questionable. DeClerck is Minnesota’s franchise leader in blocks (164) and recorded three blocks last week vs. Vegas, his highest single-game total since the start of 2025.

Oregon Steel

  • Felix Moren and Callahan Bosworth are back in the lineup this week. Bosworth recorded nine total scores in his lone 2026 appearance two weeks ago, while Moren has averaged 37 completions and 3.7 scores per game in three appearances, both marks rank third on the team.

Salt Lake Shred

  • Carson Armstrong is back in the lineup after missing last week’s road trip to Oregon and Seattle. He ranks top six on the team in assists, completions, and throwing yards.

  • Jacob Miller is out this week. He ranks second on the team in completions with 149, and tied for fourth in O-points played.

  • The team will also be without Joe Merrill, who has played the third most D-points on the team this season and ranks second among Shred D-liners in receiving yards.

San Diego Growlers

  • 2025 First Team All-Rookie selection Jonathan Lyle will make his second start of the season after his five-score debut last week vs. Colorado. Lyle’s 67 scores last season ranked second among all rookies.

  • Lyle, Travis Dunn, and Brandon Van Deusen are all active for Friday’s game but will not play Saturday at Houston.

  • Daniel Brunker is active after playing just two points in Week 7 vs. Austin and sitting out last week’s game vs. Colorado. On a per-point basis, Brunker ranks second on the team in plus/minus after Khalif El-Salaam

  • El-Salaam will miss his second and third straight games after last playing in Week 7 vs. Austin. He leads the team in plus/minus, ranks second in scoring, and ranks third in total yards this season.

Seattle Cascades

  • Conor Belfield is out this week. A Second Team All-Rookie selection last year, Belfield ranks second on the team in plus/minus this year.

Toronto Rush

  • Standout rookie Max Pettenuzzo is back in the Rush lineup after sitting out last week. He ranks second on the team in total yards (2,428) and scores (22).
