In 2008 company president, Chris Whirrett, was in college and trying to buy a few Ultimate discs online. He became frustrated by the high price, slow shipping, and poor service and knew there must be a better way. Chris built the first version of DiscStore.com that year over Christmas break, and bought one box of Discraft discs to sell out of his college dorm. Over time sales increased as word about the best service and best prices spread. |
